We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is:

• Received in damaged condition
• Expired

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at cimagulabjamunmix@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect/damage within 24 hours of receiving the product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within 3 days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect/damage. To be eligible for a refund:

• The product should be unopened and unused by the purchaser
• We reserve the right to reject the refund if the product looks used or opened
• Our decision on the status of the refund shall be considered final and binding

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
